Situation: 

MGIC needed to innovate its training offerings to meet the evolving needs of mortgage professionals seeking flexible, on-demand learning options.

Objective: 

Develop and market a new type of training offering that complements MGIC's existing live webinars and specialized customer training.

Action: 

The launch of "Magic Minutes" - a collection of 15-minute video tutorials available 24/7 for self-paced learning on key industry topics.

My team and I developed a fresh overarching brand theme for the new value add offering. I spearheaded the marketing strategy and creative execution for the new on-demand learning video series designed specifically for mortgage pros. 

My role included: 

• Led marketing strategy and creative execution
