Situation:

Top-priority influencers needed help promoting private mortgage insurance to prospective homebuyers on social media.

Objective:

Create pre-built social media content to help loan officers save time, boost their online presence, and attract more leads.

Action:

• Developed "Social Shareables" content category
• Collaborated with content producer to create PMI-positive messaging
• Designed downloadable images and copy for easy sharing
• Focused on hot topics relevant to homebuyers

Collaborating with my content producer, we devised a new-to-MGIC content strategy that puts PMI in a positive light among consumers. The strategy puts hot topic social shareables in the hands of loan officers. 

The goal is to help mortgage pros quickly create social posts by providing them downloadable images and cut-n-paste messaging. 

Not only does the library of social sharables help LOs create content to post on their favorite social media platforms, but it also provides another value add for MGIC's account representatives to use to help their customers.

• Led content strategy development

• Ensured alignment with MGIC's marketing goals
